FYI, I tried it again this morning after a reboot (I&#039;m willing to believe the problem could be on my side), but the same issue existed. I also tried switching the page from IE8 to IE7 compatable, and that didn&#039;t help either. Also tried Firefox 3.5.8 with no success.

When you try to create an account so you can use the features, you must click the &quot;I have read and agree&quot; button for terms and conditions before you can proceed. But the required document, delivered as a popup, does not load, so you cannot complete your account creation. If you click &quot;contact us&quot; at the bottom of the page so that you can tell someone that the site is not working correctly, it goes to a page that says &quot;sorry, but you must be logged in to view that feature&quot;.  I wonder if their new member count has fallen off drastically lately?</description>
